All appointments must be made and confirmed 24hrs prior to desired appointment date and time; please contact Embellished Beauty Bar for same day appointment availability. 

Please arrive no more than 10 minutes early for your appointment. Our door is locked during services to insure privacy and individual attention to our guest.

$50 dollar non-refundable deposit is required to secure appointment, deposit will go towards service.

$15 dollar late fee will be applied to service if running more than 15 minutes late for scheduled appointment.

Embellished Beauty Bar requires 24hr advanced notice for cancellations, Please contact (510)640-4343 for any questions or concerns. Failure to cancel your appointment with at least 24hrs notice of your appointment time will result in $50 no show fee; if policy has been violated more than 3 times you will be charged full cost of your service, no exceptions.

Should you arrive late to your appointment, your service will be modified to maximize the time you have left without compromising the next appointment. If your service is shorter due to your late arrival you will be charged for the full price of your service (this does not apply for lash extensions, or microblading)
